How do the tiers work?
Easy! As you spend, from the day you join, we count up your total. Every time you hit a milestone, you move up a tier! After 12 months, we reset the counter to zero and start over again.
How do the birthday discounts work?
Birthday Discount – You can get up to 50% off a birthday treatment for yourself, valid from 1st day of your birthday month and will be valid until the end of the Birthday month (1 Calendar month).
You may only redeem your Birthday discount once within your Birthday month which is for treatments only. This discount cannot be redeemed against any retail items.
Your Birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Your tier determines the maximum discounts you can earn, meaning you can get 50% or the maximum, whichever comes first.
Your birthday status is valid for 12 months after your loyalty status is reset EG. If you achieve Gold status in first 12 months, you can enjoy your birthday Gold status the following year.

Where can I earn points?
Whether you visit a Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Drybar, Sorbet MAN or freestanding Candi&Co. , you will earn your way to your rewards on any retail or treatment purchase!
Where can I use my rewards?
Happily spend your points on any treatment at any Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Drybar, Sorbet MAN or free-standing Candi&Co. store. ** Excludes the purchase of retail products.
Where can I check my Loyalty information?
Contact your nearest Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Drybar, Sorbet MAN and free-standing Candi&Co. for Loyalty Programme information such as available rewards, current tier and much more!
How long do my Loyalty points last?
Loyalty points earned are ONLY valid for a 12 month period, thereafter they expire.
Refunds are credited against your annual spend and tiers will be adjusted accordingly including points earned.
Points can only be used by the registered loyalty member.
